This chair is very well put together and pretty comfortable. It is not overly soft - meaning that you don't sink in - but that isn't what I was looking for so that is fine by me. The only thing I'd mention to be wary of is that there is a handle that runs horizontally along the back, which you can't see in the picture. It is the same chrome/silver color as the arms. I think it would look better without it, but it isn't all that bad and I may feel that way only because I wasn't expecting it...
Pretty simple to put together, well packed (almost too well), good looking, and rolls well on my hardwood floors of my home office.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this chair and the similarity to the Eames chair. I would highly recommend it to anyone you loves the design of the Eames but does not want to spend a fortune getting it. This chair is now the focus of my home office. The only complaint I would have is that it only has the leather going across the top of the seat. I think it could use some sort of extra strapping or rubber under the leather. If the leather stretches it may be a problem in the distant future. I don't know how the Eames chair is built though to compair them. Either way I love this chair.

After reading reviews and getting feedback, I took the plunge and bought the chair. It's no Herman Miller but the quality is great and it's comfortable. I love the chair so far. But it's chrome for the base and arm rests, which translates to fingerprint magnet as well as dust. And it gets really cold during winter months. Aside from that [$]goes a long way. I've seen lesser chairs for more money. Consider this a great deal for a quality chair that will last.

Good bang for the buck. I tried a lot of these mid-range chairs, and this one was far more comfortable than the others. Ordered two at different times. The first one had a bolt snap right after installing, but the manufacturer sent out a replacement quickly and with no fuss.
It's too soon to see how the seat material will hold up, but so far, so good.
